Vredestein Summer Campaign
This Vredestein Summer promotional campaign ("Campaign") is being brought to you by Apollo Tyres (Europe) B.V., having its registered office at Herikerbergweg 5, 1101 CB Amsterdam, The Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The Campaign validation and Customer participation is being managed by 014 MEDIA FRANCE ("Service Provider").
1. Eligibility
- Participation is open to natural persons residing in the UK
- o be eligible for this Campaign offer, you ("Customer") must confirm that, within a single transaction during the Campaign Period, you have purchased two (2) or four (4) Vredestein tyres of the pattern applicable in your country (as further described in Section 5).
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older on 01/04/2026.
- Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the employees of the Company and its group companies are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
- The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Participant not meeting these conditions.
2. Campaign Period
- The Campaign runs from 01 April 2026 (00:01 CET) until 31 May 2026 (23:59 CET).
- Purchases must be made during this period to qualify.
- It is possible to claim the voucher via the landing page until 07 June 2026
- For all countries, the qualifying purchase must be made between 01 April 2026 (00:01 CET) until 31 May 2026 (23:59 CET).
Participation & Entry Conditions
- The Campaign offer is valid for Customers who purchase Vredestein Tyres from any authorized distributor of Company during the Campaign Period until stocks last. Purchases made in Amazon and Ebay are excluded from the Campaign.
- To claim participation, the Customer must:
- Visit: https://rewards.vredestein.com (the "Official Platform")
- Complete the registration form with required details (name, surname, email, phone number, dealer details, etc. and upload the invoice copy. The invoice uploaded in the system should have date of purchase, number of tyres, rim size and tyre model.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions and opt-in receiving commercial communications.
- Only entries submitted through the Official Platform will be accepted.
- Participation is limited to a maximum of two (2) entries per person. Any additional entries will not be considered.
4. Validation
The Service Provider will validate entries within 7 working days of submission.
- Verification of purchase of 2 or 4 tyres, invoice details, dealer details and re-checking eligibility.
- If validated: Participant receives a confirmation email and access to prize distribution.
- If rejected: Participant will be notified via email with reasons for rejection.
- Participation in the Campaign is only valid for purchases that have not been cancelled, withdrawn, refunded, or returned.
- If the Participant exercises the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws (including Directive 2011/83/EU) or otherwise returns the purchased tyres after submitting a claim or receiving the reward, the Participant shall no longer be eligible for the Campaign reward.
- In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate participation and/or request reimbursement of the reward value from the Participant.
- The Organizer may carry out checks and request additional documentation to verify that the qualifying purchase has not been returned. Rewards will only be issued once confirmation of final purchase is received.
- The landing page will include a list of participating dealers, as well as an option for end consumers to manually add "other dealers." All dealers entered under this option will be validated internally with the respective countries to confirm that they exist.

6. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be issued within 15 working days of validation. Prizes will be issued by the Service Provider after validation. Vouchers will be issued within two (02) weeks after acceptance of the submission. In case of cashback, the Service Provider will transfer the money within seven (07) business days after acceptance of the submission.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- Upon completion of the Campaign, the Consumer would have to provide their personal data for the purpose of verification of age and address.
- Data Collection: By entering the Campaign, you as a Consumer agree that your personal data (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, age, gender, country and any other information you provide) will be collected, stored, and processed solely for the purposes of managing this Campaign by the Service Provider.
- Purpose of Data Collection: The personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this Campaign and contacting winners and distributing prizes. We may also use your data for marketing and internal analysis and purpose.
- Data Storage and Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We and our Service Providers have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Data Sharing: We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to administer the Campaign or as required by law. The Service Provider involved also complied with GDPR and ensure the protection of your data.

- Data Retention: The Service Provider may retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
- Consent: By participating in this Campaign you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this clause. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the game.

8. Disqualification
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who submits falsified, incomplete, or fraudulent information, uses multiple identities or accounts, or violates these Terms and Conditions. Disqualified Participants forfeit all claims to prizes.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
- The Company and Service Provider are not responsible for technical failures, delays, or interruptions affecting participation.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Company reserves the right to postpone, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign for any reason whatsoever without any liability or obligations.
- Company solely has the right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of Company shall be final and binding.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands.
11. Acceptance
Participation in the Campaign constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice and with no liability whatsoever to any participant.
