Making your Payment

Payments can be made in a number of ways

• Credit or Debit Card
• Bank transfer into our bank account (Details upon request). Customer is required to pay all bank charges.
• Cash payment into our bank account (Details upon request). Customer is required to pay all the bank charges.

Delivery Shortages and Damages

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are inspected upon delivery to ensure that the goods delivered match the specification of those ordered. If there is a discrepancy inform us as soon as possible but no later than 2 days after delivery.

Remember: if the goods are delivered to a third party it is still the customers responsibility to ensure that they are correct before they are fitted, as once fitted they cannot be returned for a refund.

Your order may arrive as multiple deliveries, each containing multiple parcels.

Special Orders

You will be advised when an item is 'Special Order Only' at the time of order processing. All 'Special Orders' are to be paid in full at time of ordering and cannot be cancelled once we have ordered them with our supplier.

Complaints

Complaints should be made via email or post giving a full description of the complaint. We will deal with all complaints fairly & honestly, and within the current Government guidelines. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Returns - Goods no longer required

Goods can be returned to Camskill for a full refund only under the following conditions:

• Camskill must be notified via email or post no later than 14 days after the goods were received at the delivery address provided on the order
• The goods must be returned entirely at the customers cost to either the address from which the goods were dispatched or to any of Camskill 's premises. The choice of which address is entirely at Camskill's discretion. The goods must be received at Camskill's premises no later than 14 days after a Goods Return Number has been issued.
• A Goods Return Number will be issued by Camskill and this must be displayed on the parcel(s). Failure to do so will result in the parcels being refused at the point of delivery.
• Goods must be in a re-saleable 'as proved' condition.

When the goods have been returned and their condition has been checked to be in 'as proved condition' a refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method used on the order.

Product Descriptions & Pictures

Pictures of products on the website are the best representation available to us. In all cases the description of the product over-rides the picture so please check the product description before ordering. The product description is what is offered for sale which may be less than what is displayed in the picture. A common example of this are that tyre pictures are often shown with the tyre mounted on a wheel, but it is only the tyre that is being offered for sale.

Pricing of Goods & Errors

All orders placed via the Camskill.co.uk website are treated as an offer to buy from us. Only at the point of dispatch of goods is a contract made between Camskill and the Customer. Until this point we reserve the right to cancel the order and if any payment has been taken to refund the monies which we received into our bank account. Camskill accept no liability for order cancellation prior to the point that the contract comes into force on dispatch of the goods.

Delivery time schedules are quoted in good faith and do not constitute any part of the contract between us.
