Delivery Companies
For orders dispatched please check the tracking link in the dispatch email. This gives the most up-to-date information. Due to the time of year now with the Christmas rush getting earlier and earlier the courier networks are running above full capacity earlier than they expected. So we expect there to be a 48-72 hour delay in certain regions as the depots are trying to deliver the backlog in parcels. If it still isn't delivered in that time frame please contact us again and we can contact the depots directly and try and get it out for delivery. The couriers will be delivering later and later into the evening to meet the demand.

Note: There is now no signing of the couriers handheld devices. They will ask for your name and enter it themselves into the handheld device. This now constitutes proof of delivery as opposed to a signature.
