# The 'Vredestein Electric Car Pump Promotion' (the Promotion) is open to all consumers resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, except Camskill ™ (the Promoter) employees and their immediate families, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. The Promotion is open to retail internet customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers.
# By participating in the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
# The Promotion does have a purchase requirement. Customers who are resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland must purchase four or more Vredestein Summer or All Season branded tyres, in a single transaction, from the Camskill.co.uk website between 1st August to 5th October inclusive. Qualifying tyres are any Vredestein tyres offered for sale via the www.camskill.co.uk website.
# Customers who have purchased four or more qualifying tyres during the promotion period will win instantly.
# Order confirmation emails will be sent out to customers between between 1st July and 1st August inclusive. Only orders that have been accepted and paid for in full at time of checkout will be eligible for an instant win.
# Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promotion will provide all instant winners with a free Electric Car pump. Pumps will be wrapped inside the tyres and be delivered with the tyres at the same time to customers at the address given on the online order at the time of purchase.
# Tyres ordered during the Promotion period may be returned under the Promoter's normal conditions of sale. Any pumps already dispatched for tyres subsequently returned must also be returned to the promoter in full no later than August 29th 2015.
# The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
# The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
# No cash or other voucher alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to award a similar prize of equal or greater value.
# In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of a reward, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
# The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a reward or withdraw reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
# Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where claimants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.

# Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
