Vredestein Tyres - Winter Free Gift Promotion

Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.

2. Eligibility: The 'Vredestein Winter Tyres Free Gift ' (the Promotion) is open to all consumers who are UK residents ( England, Scotland and Wales ) , Apollo Vredestein UK ( the Promoter ) employees and their immediate families, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. The Promotion is open to retail customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers.

3. Claim instructions: The Promotion does have a purchase requirement. Customers who are resident in UK must purchase four or more qualifying Vredestein branded tyres in a single transaction between 15th October 2018 and 31st January 2019, while stock last. Customers need to register and provide proof of purchase at the following address: www.vredestein.co.uk/wintergift The Promoter reserves the right to verify the claim. Qualifying tyres are all Vredestein Wintrac Pro and Wintrac xtreme S tyres.

4. Customers who have purchased four qualifying tyres during the promotion period will receive either a) Wintrac Pro windscreen cover, or, b) A pair of handheaters. While stocks last.

5. Any gift returned to sender or undelivered due to inaccurate details will be considered unwanted and the promoter reserves the right to cancel the reward.

6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the reward will only be awarded directly to the qualifying purchaser. Rewards cannot be sold or transferred.

7. General: The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

8. No cash or other voucher alternative reward are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to award a similar reward of equal or greater value.

9. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of a reward, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a reward or withdraw reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel your participation in the offer if you in any way violate the terms or current laws or regulations without prior notice, without reason and without being held responsible in any way.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate, cancel or amend the offer or any other portion of the Website and / or change the offer's reward, if required by the circumstances.

13. Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where claimants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.

14. Recipients agree to take part for free in any publicity for the promotion as reasonably requested by the promoter.

15. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. Apollo Vredestein (UK) Ltd.
