Qualifying Tyres

All Uniroyal tyres from 18" and larger rim diameter ie. 17" and smaller rim diameter are excluded.

All types of Uniroyal tyres are included eg. Car tyres, SUV/4x4 tyres & Van tyres in Summer, All Season & Winter types.

Qualifying tyres must also carry the promotional text displayed on the product at the time of ordering eg.

Cashback amounts

The reward is £5 off per tyre.

Please Note: The number of tyres relates to the number of qualifying tyres and not the total number of tyres ordered. Also, all cashback amounts are inclusive of VAT.

Who Qualifies?

Included:

Excluded:

How to claim the reward

You will be delighted to know that you do not have to do anything!

At checkout the normal website price will be shown. No discounts are shown at the checkout. It is this amount that is used to pre-authorise your payment card.

When your order is processed and stock confirmed then the checkout amount is debited from the payment card and then as a separate transaction (within minutes of the first) the promotional discount is credited to the payment card, inclusive of VAT. You will see this as two transactions on the your payment card.

Full Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. The 'Camskill (UK) Ltd Uniroyal Promotion' (the 'Promotion') is open to all consumers who are UK residents (excluding NI) aged 17 years and over, except Camskill (UK) Ltd (the 'Promoter'), their employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, or trade customers including tyre dealer's employees. This offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers). Orders purchased using the checkout Finance option are excluded.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. There is a purchase requirement. Minimum of two Uniroyal car, van or 4x4 tyres 18" and above in a single transaction between 1st February and 28th February 2022. Only purchases made online at www.camskill.co.uk qualify. Your full name and contact details will be required to enter.

4. Closing date for the promotion is midnight 28th February 2022.

5. The offer: Purchase two or more Uniroyal car, van or 4x4 tyres 18" and above to receive £5 off per tyre (inclusive of VAT). Discount automatically applied at checkout. Offer applies to the first 75 customers only, and the promotion will end early if 75 qualifying transactions are made before midnight on 28th February 2022.

6. No responsibility can be taken for the offer, if lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any other reason.

7. No cash or other gift alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

8. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the offer, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award the offer or withdraw offer entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants.

11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

12. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

13. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. 15a. When invoicing, any qualifying discounts will be deducted from the invoice net, and appear as a separate line on the customers invoice. Qualifying discounts amounts will include VAT. Only the new net amount on the invoice will then be charged to the customers' credit or debit card. 16.
