Terms & Conditions
1 The Camskill (UK) Ltd Pirelli promotion (the Promotion) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except Camskill (UK) Ltd (the Promoter), their employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion. The offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers).
2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase 2 or 4 qualifying Pirelli tyres from the car, van or 4x4 Summer & All Season ranges, for a single vehicle in a single transaction between 01/03/2018 and 31/03/2018. Qualifying tyres are Pirelli Summer and All Season tyres that display the promotional text on the Camskill website at the time of ordering.
4. The Promotion will reward
A) Purchases of two qualifying Pirelli tyres with x1 Pirelli pull bag and x1 Podium cap and
B) Purchases of four or more qualifying Pirelli tyres with x1 Bluetooth speaker.
The promotional items will be dispatched the the customers' order.

6. Closing tyre purchase date is 31/03/2018.
7. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promoter's decision is final.
9. No cash alternative will be offered.
10. The promotional gifts are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

15. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
