Terms and Conditions
1. The 'Camskill Michelin September & October 2024 Promotion' (the 'Promotion') is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except Camskill (the 'Promoter') and Michelin employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, or trade customers including tyre dealer's employees. This offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers).
2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
3. Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks and to validate your claim.
4. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction for a single vehicle between 1st September & 31st October 2024.
5. The Promotion will issue via bank transfer (BACS) only a cashback reward to the value of £12 for two or £30 for four 16" and 17" Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres purchased, £24 for two or £60 for four 18" and above, £24 for two or £60 for four. Claims will be processed within 28 days from receipt of claim. Tyres purchased in 15" or below are not eligible under this promotion.
6. For purchasers of 2 or more 19" and above Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres, an additional cashback of £20 can be earned when signing up to receive Michelin emails and news at https://offer.michelin.co.uk/Camskill-Sept2024. This sign-up must be undertaken when making the promotional claim by ticking the relevant opt-in box. Any sign-ups to the Michelin emails and news after the promotional claim is completed will not qualify for this additional cashback reward offer. See Michelin's privacy notice on sign-up for further details. Cashback reward payments will be processed within 28 days from receipt of claim.

8. Claims must be made on an official claim form by the tyre purchaser, completed online at https://offer.michelin.co.uk/camskill-Sept2024 and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. An on-screen confirmation is provided upon successful submission of the claim.
9. Only one claim per vehicle. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
10. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In such circumstances, the issue of a BACS reward may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied that the claim is legitimate. In order to satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information including but not limited to the claimant's name, email address, physical address, vehicle registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final.
11. No cash alternative will be offered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
13. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

- General: Camskill UK Ltd. "Controller" acts as a Data Controller for this Promotion. You can contact the Controller's data protection officer by emailing privacy@camskill.co.uk . You can request access to your data, update any inaccurate or incomplete data, object to the processing of your data, request the deletion or removal of personal data and restrict the processing of your personal data. The Controller will process the claimants' data based on these terms and conditions. The Promoter will only retain claimants' information for 366 weeks after the end of the Promotion.

If you are not happy with how we deal with your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO. - Promotion: Personal data collected is being collected by PHL (on behalf of the Controller), solely to manage and administer the Promotion, issue your reward and to verify the information provided. Force 24 Limited are the email provider sending you service emails relating to the promotion. Your data will be processed based on your agreement to the promotion terms and conditions and will be retained for no longer than 6 years following the end date of the Promotion.
- Marketing: If you select to receive marketing, personal data collected for marketing purposes is being collected by PHL for and on behalf of Michelin. Michelin will use your consent as the legal basis for collecting your information as requested for marketing purposes. Michelin will generally retain your information until you choose to unsubscribe. However, if we have not heard from you for a while or notice that you have not opened our emails etc. in a period of 36 months, we will remove your details from our database. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at legal.general@michelin.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
