Between 1st September and 31st October 2022 inclusive (the promotional period), we are offering all our customers a unique promotion to receive up to £60 Cashback on qualifying orders of Michelin tyres.

To receive your cashback, simply purchase two or more (but max. four tyres) qualifying Michelin Car, Van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction, within the promotional period from the camskill.co.uk website. Qualifying tyres are only those that display the promotional text on the Camskill website at the time of ordering. Cashback amounts will be paid directly into the customers bank account and are inclusive of VAT. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 30th November 2022. Qualifying Tyres

All Michelin tyres from 15" and larger rim diameter ie. 14" and smaller rim diameter are excluded.

All types of Michelin tyres are included eg. Car tyres, SUV/4x4 tyres & Van tyres in Summer, All Season & Winter types.

Qualifying tyres must also carry the promotional text displayed on the product eg.

Who Qualifies?

Included:

Retail customers who are 18+ years old and a resident of England, Wales or Scotland only. Limited to a single purchase, maximum 4 tyres, for a single vehicle.

Excluded:

Retail customers who are not a resident of England, Wales or Scotland.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are excluded regions.
Customers who are using the Finance option at checkout to pay for their purchase.
Company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.
Employees of Camskill UK Ltd and Michelin UK and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

How to claim the reward

At checkout the normal website price will be shown, ie, no cashback amounts are shown at the checkout. It is the full amount that is used to pre-authorise your payment card.

To claim your refund, claims must be made on an official claim form, completed online at Michelin Cashback registration and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt detailing the tyres purchased. All cashback amounts are inclusive of VAT. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 30th November 2022

Full Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. The 'Camskill (UK) Ltd Michelin Promotion' (the 'Promotion') is open to all consumers who are UK residents (excluding NI) aged 18 and over, except Camskill (UK) Ltd (the 'Promoter'), their employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, or trade customers including tyre dealer's employees. This offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers). Orders purchased using the checkout Finance option are excluded.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more MICHELIN car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction between 1st September and 31st October 2022.

4. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 30th November 2022.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.

6. All "Cashback" monies will be given in the form of a bank transfer directly into the claimants bank account, inclusive of VAT. The discount schedule is as follow…

For purchases of 2 qualifying Michelin tyres…

with rim size of between 15" and 17" (inch) you'll receive £12 instant cashback inclusive of VAT.

with rim size of 18" (inch) and above you'll receive £24 instant cashback inclusive of VAT.

For purchases of 4 qualifying Michelin tyres…

with rim size of between 15" and 17" (inch) you'll receive £30 instant cashback inclusive of VAT.

Claims will be processed within 28 days from receipt of claim.

7. When processing qualifying orders, the Promoter will gain pre-authorisation to charge the customer the full amount of the order, inclusive of VAT, as displayed at checkout on the camskill.co.uk website i.e. before any cashback amounts are applied.

8. To claim their cashback, claims must be made on an official claim form, completed online at Michelin Cashback registration and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt detailing the tyres purchased. All cashback amounts are inclusive of VAT. Completion of all mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks and to validate your claim. Claims will be processed within 28 days from receipt of claim.

9. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 30th November 2022.

10. The offer excludes company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.

11. The Promotion will reward the customer with a monetary cashback for any qualifying orders of rim diameter 15" and above – as per the schedule detailed in clause (6) of these terms and conditions.

12. No cash alternative will be offered. The promotional gifts are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

13. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.

14. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants.

15. The participants agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion. Names and countries of the participants will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closing date by sending a self-addressed envelope to Camskill Campaign Office, Unit 1, Pottery Road, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 9BZ.

16. Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of the rule will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your data will be processed based on your agreement to the promotion terms and conditions and will be retained for no longer than six years following the end date of the promotion

21. Qualifying tyres are those as listed on the Camskill website with promotional text.

22. Any qualifying tyres that are subsequently returned as unwanted will result in a refund of the purchase price less the promotional cashback applied, otherwise the Camskill returns policy remains unchanged.
