This promotion rewards you with a handy Maxxis branded Winter drivers' pack with every qualifying order of four or more Maxxis All Season tyres (AL2 and AP2 patterns only).
Order any qualifying Maxxis All Season tyres between now and December 31st from the camskill.co.uk website and you will automatically be sent the drivers' pack along with your tyres. Qualifying tyres are those displaying the promotional text on the camskill.co.uk website at the time of ordering.

Terms & Conditions
1. The "Maxxis Consumer Promotion" (the "Promotion") is open to all consumers who are residents of England, Scotland or Wales and aged 18 and over, exceptions are for any employees of Camskill UK Limited (the "Promoter") and their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion.
2. The Promotion is only and exclusively available from the Promoter within the qualifying Promotional period (27th November 2019 until 31st December 2019, inclusive).
3. The Promotion will reward the consumer with one Maxxis branded winter pack consisting of a Maxxis drawstring bag, Maxxis de-icer, Maxxis ice scraper and a Maxxis LED torch.
4. There is a purchase requirement. The Promotion is open to retail consumers who purchase four Maxxis branded All-Season tyres at full price in one transaction from the Camskill.co.uk website. Qualifying Maxxis All-Season tyres which are included in the Promotion are the AL2 and AP2 patterns and are those showing promotional text on the Camskill.co.uk website at the time of ordering.
5. Winter packs will be distributed to consumer along with the qualifying tyres at the time of dispatch.
6. The Promotion excludes company vehicle drivers (fleet), business, organizations and institutions.
7. By participating in the Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promotion and any other requirements set out in the Promotional materials.
8. Only one claim per vehicle and per consumer is permitted, up to 4 tyres.
9. Entry into the Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. By participating in the Promotion, consumers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any promotional material.
10. The decision of Camskill.co.uk is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
11. The rewards of the Promotion are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
12. Camskill.co.uk have the authority to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotional period without prior notice.
13. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Camskill.co.uk, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or errors (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of the Promotion or the awarding of reward points, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Camskill.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
14. Any personal data relating to participants supplied to the Promoter and Camskill.co.uk will be used solely for the purpose of the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.) You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to privacy@camskill.co.uk.
15. Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where consumers are found to be abusing the Promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.
16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
17. This Promotion is based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
19. The Promotion is run by and will be fulfilled by Camskill (UK) Ltd, Pottery, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 9BZ.
20. Qualifying tyres are those listed on the Camskill website displaying the promotional text at the time of ordering.
