This promotion runs from June 1st to June 30th inclusive and gives you the chance to earn up to £30 Cashback when you purchase a set of 4 qualifying Maxxis All Season tyres. And as a double bonus, you will also be entered in a prize draw to win a Family Staycation worth up to £2,000!

All you need to do is buy four qualifying Maxxis All Season tyres from the camskill.co.uk website, and depending on which size of tyre your purchased, you will receive up to £30 Cashback. To receive your Cashback you will need to register on the Maxxis Tyres - Cashback and Staycation Promotion June 2021 website, providing proof of purchase and your contact details. You must register by midnight on July 6th 2021. The registration form also has an opt in box for you to be entered into the Staycation prize draw.

Your Cashback monies will be paid in the form of a pre-paid debit Mastercard. Cards will arrive with you approximately 14 working days after submitting your claim, they are valid for a further 8 months and are accepted at any retailer displaying the Mastercard sign.

Full Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. The Promoter of this offer is Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd, Fourth Avenue Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 2TT.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. Start date: 1st June 2021. End date: 30th June 2021.

4. Closing date for all registrations is midnight July 6th 2021.

5. Customers must (a) purchase a minimum of four Maxxis all-season tyres from an authorised Maxxis stockist between the offer dates to be eligible for cashback, (b) fill in the online cashback form and provide proof of purchase. All-season tyres include the Premitra All-Season AP3, Premitra All-Season AP2 and the Vansmart AS ALS

6. All stocked sizes are included within this offer. 12"-16" tyres will receive £20 cashback per set of four tyres. 17"-20" tyres will receive £30 cashback per set of four tyres. The authorised Maxxis dealer is not responsible for providing cashback.

7. The customer must verify their purchase by uploading a legible image of their receipt in order to claim cashback. Customers will receive eligible cashback for every Maxxis set of four all-season tyres purchased within the offer period, up to a maximum of £30 cashback.

8. Multiple purchases of these quantities within the campaign period will be eligible for this promotion.

9. The cashback will be supplied as a pre-paid debit card sent directly to the address the customer includes on their claim form. Debit cards will be received approximately 14 working days after submitting a claim.

10. The customer is responsible for notifying the Promoter if there are any issues with the cashback claim process, including but not limited to the arrival of the pre-paid debit card. This offer can only be redeemed via Maxxis Tyres - Cashback and Staycation Promotion June 2021. The Maxxis authorised dealer is not responsible for fulfilling the reward of this offer.

11. Those that wish to enter the prize draw as a result of purchasing four all-season tyres will be given the chance to win a UK holiday for up to £2,000.

12. To enter the competition, entrants must purchase a full set of all-season tyres from an authorised stockist and (a) claim cashback using the online form with a receipt and/or proof of purchase (b) tick the box stating they would like to enter the prizedraw. No other form of entry will be permitted.

13. One winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries after close of business on the End Date. The winner will be contacted shortly thereafter to arrange the staycation.

14. The promoter is not liable for any issues that may occur once the staycation has been arranged. The winner will respect and comply with the Maxxis correspondent at all times to organise the staycation.

15. The prize cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be made available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should the need arise.

16. The prize shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, or the benefit granted to any person other than the winner without the Promoter's explicit, written consent.

17. The Promoter will not be liable if the prize cannot be taken by the winner for any reason. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The winner will be contacted by e-mail or, where a telephone number has been supplied, via telephone after the competition close date.

19. All Reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however failure to communicate the win by Wednesday 14th May will close the competition or result in another winner being chosen.

18. The offer is open to UK residents only, ages 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families or agents.

19. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties; direct purchases from an authorised Maxxis stockist only.

20. The reward cannot be exchanged and no alternative will be made available.

22. The reward shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, lent or the benefit granted to any person other than the customer without the Promoter's explicit, written consent. 23. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter further reserves the right to declare void any claim in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse to award the reward or to withdraw the reward where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion.

By making a claim as part of this promotion, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for administration of this offer and for any other purposes compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, including adding the entrants to a marketing database managed and protected by Maxxis International (UK) plc to receive communications from the Maxxis, Bickers and CST brands. Entrants will be able to unsubscribe from this database at any time. This data will not be shared with any third parties except as far as necessary to arrange the reward.

25. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the Promoter, so far is permitted by the law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the offer or any aspect of the reward.

26. This offer shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising where from.
