Maxxis Blue Light Card Cashback Promotion May 2021

By way of a thank you to all Blue Light Card Holder Key Workers during this pandemic, Camskill have teamed up Maxxis tyres to bring you this Cash Back Promotion.

This promotion runs from May 1st to May 31st inclusive.

If you have a Blue Light Card, all you need to do is buy four qualifying Maxxis tyres from the camskill.co.uk website and depending on which size of tyre your purchased, you will receive up to £40 Cashback. To receive your Cashback you will need to register on the Maxxis Tyres - Blue Light website, providing proof of purchase and details of your Blue Light Card. You must register by midnight on June 6th 2021.

Qualifying orders are those displaying promotional text on the camskill.co.uk website at the time of ordering.

The Cashback amounts are:

12"-15" £20 Cashback per set of 4 Tyres

16"-21" £40 Cashback per set of 4 Tyres

Your Cashback monies will be paid in the form of a pre-paid debit Mastercard. Cards will arrive with you approximately 14 working days after submitting your claim, they are valid for a further 8 months and are accepted at any retailer displaying the Mastercard sign.

Qualifying Tyres

All Maxxis tyres between 15" rim size up to 21 inch rim sizes.

All types of Maxxis tyres are included eg. Car tyres, SUV/4x4 tyres & Van tyres in Summer, All Season & Winter types.

Qualifying tyres must also carry the promotional text displayed on the product at the time of ordering eg.

Full Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. The Promoter of this offer is Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd, Fourth Avenue Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 2TT.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. Start date: 1st May 2021. End date: 31st May 2021.

4. Closing date for all registrations is midnight June 6th 2021.

5. Customers must purchase a minimum of four Maxxis tyres from an authorised Maxxis dealer between the offer dates to be eligible for cashback.

6. All stocked sizes are included within this offer. The authorised Maxxis dealer is not responsible for providing cashback.

7. The customer must verify their purchase by uploading a legible image of their receipt and Blue Light Card in order to claim cashback. Customers will receive £5 or £10 cashback for every Maxxis tyre (dependant on tyre size) purchased within the offer period, up to a maximum of £40 cashback for purchasing four Maxxis tyres.

8. Multiple purchases of these quantities within the campaign period will be eligible for this promotion.

9. The cashback will be supplied as a pre-paid debit card sent directly to the address the customer includes on their claim form. Debit cards will be received approximately 14 working days after submitting a claim.

10. The customer is responsible for notifying the Promoter if there are any issues with the cashback claim process, including but not limited to the arrival of the pre-paid debit card. This offer can only be redeemed via www.maxxis.co.uk. The Maxxis authorised dealer is not responsible for fulfilling the reward of this offer.

11. The offer is open to UK residents only, ages 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families or agents.

12. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties; direct purchases from an authorised Maxxis stockist only.

13. The reward cannot be exchanged and no alternative will be made available.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the reward for one of equal or greater value should the need arise.

15. The reward shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, lent or the benefit granted to any person other than the customer without the Promoter's explicit, written consent. The Promoter will not be liable if the reward cannot be taken by the winner for any reason. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter further reserves the right to declare void any claim in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse to award the reward or to withdraw the reward where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion.

By making a claim as part of this promotion, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for administration of this offer and for any other purposes compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, including adding the entrants to a marketing database managed and protected by Maxxis International (UK) plc to receive communications from the Maxxis, Bickers and CST brands. Entrants will be able to unsubscribe from this database at any time. This data will not be shared with any third parties except as far as necessary to arrange the reward.

18. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the Promoter, so far is permitted by the law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the offer or any aspect of the reward.

19. This offer shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising where from.
