Please Note: The number of tyres relates to the number of qualifying tyres and not the total number of tyres ordered. Your Camskill invoice will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch of your tyres. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 6th July 2025

Included:

Customers who are 18+ years old and a UK resident (excluding Northern Ireland). Limited to a single purchase, minimum 4 tyres, for a single vehicle.

Excluded:

• Customers who are not a resident of England, Wales, Scotland
• Isle of Man and Channel Islands are excluded regions.
• Employees of Camskill UK Ltd and Kumho UK and their immediate families and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

Caims must be made on the Camskill promotion claim page on the Kumho UK website at Kumho Tyres - Camskill Claim Page and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt detailing the tyres purchased. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 6th July 2025.

When payment is taken on the day of shipment you will receive an email from Camskill with a link to the Camskill promotions page and an image file of your Invoice attached which you will need to download and then upload to the Kumho claim page as the required Proof of Purhcase.

Promotion Terms and Conditions: Kumho Tyre Amazon promotion AM-CAM1

1. This is a Promotion run by Kumho Tyre (UK) Ltd (company number 01331860) whose registered office is at 9 Mitchell Court, Castle Mound Way, Rugby, CV23 0UY. (the "Promoter").
2. The Participating Retailer is: Camskill UK Limited, (company number 05111619) whose registered office is at Unit 1, Pottery Road, Off Coach Road, Whitehaven, CA28 9BZ.
3. By participating in this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The Claim Items are: one £10 Amazon voucher for a single purchase of two Kumho brand car or SUV/4x4 tyres of rim size 18" and above, or one £25 Amazon voucher for a single purchase of four Kumho brand car or SUV/4x4 tyres of rim size 18" and above (the Qualifying Transactions)
5. The Promoter shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any damage which was unforeseeable or for indirect, consequential or economic losses or loss of profits arising as a consequence of this Promotion.
6. You shall indemnify the Promoter against all costs claims and losses arising from your participation in the Promotion and your use or your non-use of the Claim Item.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Claim Item with another item of its choosing which has, in the Promoter's opinion, a value the same or greater than the original Claim Item, in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a claim if it believes the claim is fraudulent, lost, illegible, late, not legitimate, not valid, or not complete. The Promoter's decision is final and is not open to challenge.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any Claim Item.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the Promotion at any time without notice.
13. The Claim Item is non-transferable. Only the person who made the original Qualifying Transaction can be given the Claim Item.
14. There is no cash equivalent either in whole or in part.
15. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any Claim Item lost in transit or otherwise not delivered, or damaged in transit and will not issue any replacement and is under no obligation to do so.
16. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to English law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. This Promotion has a purchase requirement (Qualifying Transaction):
a) This Promotion is open only to retail customers of the Participating Retailer who are aged over 18 years on the date of purchase.
b) Claimants must purchase at least 2 and a maximum of 4 Kumho brand car or SUV/4x4 tyres in a single online transaction during the Promotion Period and must submit a claim before the Promotion End Date
18. This Promotion is time limited: (Promotion Period)
a) The Promotion period will run from the Start Date to the End Date.
b) Start date: 1st June 2025 at 00:00 to End Date: 30th June 2025 at 23:59
19. The Promotion is not open to:
a) Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter.
b) The Promoter's agencies, their subsidiaries, their immediate families or agents.
c) Fleet companies.
d) Employees and their immediate families of the Participating Retailer.
e) Company vehicle drivers and business and account customers of the Participating Retailer and or the Promoter.
f) Anyone else connected with the creation and/or administration of this Promotion.
20. Claiming the Claim Item.
a) Entry into this Promotion cannot be made other than strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b) Claims must be made only through the official claims website www.winwithkumho.co.uk/camskill/.
c) Claims must be supported with a valid receipt from the Participating Retailer which must legibly show:

1. The Participating Retailer's branding.
2. The details of all the tyres purchased (brand and type) during the transaction.
3. The date purchased.
4. The Participating Retailer's invoice or document number.
5. Confirm you opt in to the draw by checking the opt in checkbox and submit the form by clicking the submit button.
6. The Promoter will not contact an entrant to alert them to any flaw with their entry and is under no obligation to do so.
7. The Promoter will authorise despatch of the Claim Item no less than 14 days and no more than 30 days after the Promotion End Date and the Claim Item shall be dispatched shortly thereafter.
8. The Claim Item will be sent only to the address registered when the Claim was submitted on the official claims website.
9. All information received will become the property of the Promoter.
