How to claim the reward

You will be delighted to know that you do not have to do anything!

At checkout the normal website price will be shown. No discounts are shown at the checkout. It is this amount that is used to pre-authorise your payment card.

When your order is processed and stock confirmed then the checkout amount is debited from the payment card and then as a separate transaction (within minutes of the first) the promotional discount is credited to the payment card. You will see this as two transactions on the your payment card.

Full Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. The 'Camskill (UK) Ltd Kumho Tyres Instant Cashback Promotion' (the 'Promotion') is open to all consumers who are UK residents (excluding NI) aged 18 and over, except Camskill (UK) Ltd (the 'Promoter'), their employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, or trade customers including tyre dealer's employees. This offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers). Orders purchased using the checkout Finance option are excluded.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more Kumho car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction between 1st Feb 2021 and 28th Feb 2021.

4. Closing date for the promotion is midnight 28th February 2021.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.

6. All "Cashback" monies will be given in the form of a discount off the price of the tyre(s). The discount schedule is as follow…

For purchases of 2 qualifying Kumho tyres you'll receive £10 instant cashback.

For purchases of 2 qualifying Kumho tyres you'll receive £25 instant cashback.

Qualifying tyres are only those displaying promotional text at the time of ordering.

7. When processing qualifying orders, firstly the Promoter will gain pre-authorisation to charge the customer the full amount of the order as displayed at checkout on the camskill.co.uk website i.e. before any discount s are applied.

8. When invoicing, any qualifying discounts will be deducted from the invoice net, and appear as a separate line on the customers invoice. Only the new net amount on the invoice will then be charged to the customers' credit or debit card.

9. The offer excludes company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.

10. The Promotion will reward the customer with a monetary discount for any qualifying orders according to the schedule detailed in clause (6) of these terms and conditions.

11. No cash alternative will be offered. The promotional gifts are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

12. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. This Promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promoter's decision is final.

13. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants.

14. The participants agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion. Names and countries of the participants will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closing date by sending a self-addressed envelope to Camskill Campaign Office, Unit 1, Pottery Road, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 9BZ.

16. Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of the rule will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
