Camskill offices are closed from Thursday the 2nd April at 5:00pm and re-open on Tuesday the 7th April for the Easter bank holiday.
During this time there will be no telephone or email support until our return on Tuesday the 7th April.
The website operates 24/7 and will still take orders, accept payment and reply with an order confirmation email. However any orders received will not be fully processed until the 7th April at which time you will receive an email from our team advising of estimated delivery date as normal. In general this will be the lead time displayed on the website starting from the 7th April.
Please Note: Product lead times on the website are number of working days. Good Friday to Easter Monday are not classed as working days so please amend lead times accordingly.
Due to us and some of our suppliers being closed and stock-taking some orders placed over the holidays may be out of stock or have altered in price when we come to place the orders with our suppliers after Easter. In these cases we will advise you and will have the right to cancel or amend your order.Please Note: All our card transactions are pre-authorised so although your card account may show the transaction we do not take payment until stock has been confirmed and dispatch will take place by the end of the next working day.
