Who Qualifies?

Included:

Retail customers who are 18+ years old and a resident of England, Wales or Scotland only. Limited to a single purchase, maximum 4 tyres, for a single vehicle.

Excluded:

Retail customers who are not a resident of England, Wales or Scotland.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are excluded regions.
Customers who are using the Finance option at checkout to pay for their purchase.
Company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.
Employees of Camskill UK Ltd and Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

How to claim the reward

For any qualifying orders you will receive a one-time use reward code from the promoter, by email. To claim your voucher or gift card all you need do is visit the Avon Tyres - Love2Shop Voucher Promotion July 2021 website, enter your code , choose whether you want a voucher or gift card and redeem your reward. It's that easy.

On receipt of your promotional code you have 12 months to redeem your reward and a further 12 months to spend it.

1. By participating in the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.

2. Promotion open to online customers, resident in the England, Scotland and Wales, aged 17 years+. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion.

3. Purchase required – minimum of two Avon tyres in a single transaction between 1st July and 31st July 2021. On-line purchases only at www.camskill.co.uk qualify. Promotional text must be displayed against the product at the time of ordering.

4. The offer: Purchase 2 or more qualifying Avon tyres and receive a one-time reward code to claim your Love2Shop voucher or gift card. Qualifying tyres are those displaying promotional text on the camskill.co.uk website at the time of ordering.

5. The Prize. For all qualifying orders of two or three Avon tyres you will receive £10 Love2shop voucher or gift card. For all qualifying orders of four or more Avon tyres you will receive £25 Love2shop voucher or gift card.

6. One-time reward codes will be emailed to recipients using the email address provided at the time of ordering. They will be sent no later than August 15th 2021. Emails will be assumed to have been received unless notified to the promoter no later than August 31st 2021.

7. No alternative is available except in the event of circumstances outside the control of the Promoter when a similar substitute of equal or greater value will be supplied. Neither vouchers gift cards or substitute rewards have a cash value and cannot be exchanged for such.

8. General: The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

9. The prize will only be awarded directly to the named customer who placed the order.

10. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying orders and winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants.

13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

14. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
