For qualifying purchases of two or three Avon tyres in sizes 17" and above, you will be automatically enrolled in a prize draw for a chance to win one of four Avon goody bags, each containing Avon branded polo shirt, headphones, phone and tablet stand, car wash kit, baseball cap and beanie hat.

For any purchases of four or more Avon tyres in sizes 17" and above, you will be automatically enrolled in a prize draw you for a chance to win one of four enhanced goody bags, each containing Avon branded polo shirt, headphones, phone and tablet stand, car wash kit, a baseball cap and beanie PLUS a summer jacket, hoodie and golfing umbrella.

All Avon tyres in sizes 17" and above that display the promotional text at the time of ordering, are included in this promotion ie. Sizes 16" and below are excluded from this promotion....

This includes all tyre types: eg. Car tyres, SUV/4x4 tyres & Van tyres in Summer, All Season & Winter types.

Qualifying tyres must also carry the promotional text displayed on the product at the time of ordering eg.

Who Qualifies?

Included:

Retail customers who are 18+ years old and a resident of England, Wales or Scotland only. Limited to a single purchase, maximum 4 tyres, for a single vehicle.

Excluded:

Retail customers who are not a resident of England, Wales or Scotland.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are excluded regions.
Customers who are using the Finance option at checkout to pay for their purchase.
Company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.
Employees of Camskill UK Ltd and Avon Tyres Ltd and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

How to claim the reward

There will be 4 prize draws for qualifying orders of 2 or 3 tyres and 4 prize draws for qualifying orders of 4 tyres. Total of 8 winners. All prize draws will take place between may 1st and May 3rd with winners chosen at random and notified no late than May 10th. Prizes will be dispatched no later than May 15th.

UK. 18+. 01.04.22 to 30.04.22. Retail customers only, single transaction. Entry into prize draw can only be made online.

Promoter: Camskill UK Limited, Unit 1 Pottery Road, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 9BZ, United Kingdom.

1. By participating in the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.

2. Promotion open to online customers, resident in the England, Scotland and Wales, aged 17 years+. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion.

3. Purchase required – minimum of two Avon tyres in a single transaction between 1st April and 30th April 2022. On-line purchases only at www.camskill.co.uk qualify. Promotional text must be displayed against the product at the time of ordering.

4. The offer: For qualifying purchases of two or three Avon tyres in sizes 17" and above, you will be automatically enrolled in a prize draw for a chance to win one of four Avon goody bags, each containing Avon branded polo shirt, headphones, phone and tablet stand, car wash kit, baseball cap and beanie hat.

For any purchases of four or more Avon tyres in sizes 17" and above, you will be automatically enrolled in a prize draw you for a chance to win one of four enhanced goody bags, each containing Avon branded polo shirt, headphones, phone and tablet stand, car wash kit, a baseball cap and beanie PLUS a summer jacket, hoodie and golfing umbrella.

5. The Prizes: There are 8 prizes to be won in total. Four prizes for qualifying orders of two or three Avon tyres, plus four different prizes for qualifying orders of four or more Avon tyres. For all qualifying orders, cusomters will automatically be enrolled into a prize draw with a chance to to win a goody bag with either six or nine pieces Avon branded merchandise in it. Details of the contents of the goody bags is detailed in clause (4) above.

6. All 8 prize draws will take place between may 1st and May 3rd. Winners will be chosen at random and notified of their win no later than May 5th using the email used when placing their order. To claim their prize, winners will have 24 hours to reply. All prizes will be dispatched to the winners no later then May 15th.

7. No alternative is available except in the event of circumstances outside the control of the Promoter when a similar substitute of equal or greater value will be supplied. This may include using Cooper branded merchandise where stock of Avon branded merchandise runs out. Cooper is the sister brand to Avon - owned by the same parent company.

8. General: The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

9. The prize will only be awarded directly to the named customer who placed the order.

10. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying orders and winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants.

13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

14. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 16. Only the Personal data of the eight prize draw winners collected during this promotion will be shared with Avon Tyres, solely for the purposes of posting out the prizes to the winners. Your data will be processed based on your agreement to the promotion terms and conditions and will be retained for no longer than six years following the end date of the promotion.
